Ingredients

  • 1 box (4-serving size) vanilla pudding and pie filling mix (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 cups Count Chocula® cereal

Directions

  1. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  2. In 2 1/2-qt or larger microwavable bowl, stir together dry pudding mix and corn syrup. Microwave uncovered on High about 2 1/2 min or until boiling, stirring every minute. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in cereal until evenly coated.
  3. Press in pan with back of spoon that has been sprayed with cooking spray; cool at least 20 minutes until firm enough to cut. For 25 squares, cut into 5 rows by 5 rows.
