Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup purchased reduced-fat creamy Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 4 kaiser or whole grain buns, split
  • 4 thin slices tomato

Directions

  1. Heat closed contact grill for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, onion salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
  3. When grill is heated, place patties on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until patties are no longer pink in center.
  4. In small bowl, combine lettuce, cheese and remaining salad dressing; toss to mix. Spoon mixture evenly onto bottom halves of buns. Top with patties, tomato slices and top halves of buns.
