This is an easy chicken dish with a Parmesan-crumb crust that keeps the chicken moist and adds great flavor.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 small cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)

Directions
Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
In shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, cheese and oregano. In small cup or bowl, mix lemon juice and garlic. Brush both sides of each chicken breast with lemon juice mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
