It's pasta, salami, cheese and peppers--everything you love about cool antipasto appetizers in a hearty, flavorful pasta salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® Caesar pasta salad mix
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup 1/4-inch strips salami
  • 1 cup 1/4-inch strips provolone cheese
  • 1 cup 1/4-inch strips red bell pepper (1 medium)

Directions

  1. Empty Pasta mix into large pan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir together Seasoning mix, oil and cold water in large bowl; set aside.
  3. Drain pasta; rinse with cool water. Shake to drain well. Stir pasta, salami, cheese and bell pepper into seasoning mixture. Just before serving, toss with Croutons and Parmesan Topping. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
